Based on negotiation between UNESCO Chair and DAAD;  some programs will support :

    "Conference Travel Program"
    "Fact Finding Mission"
    "ISAP - International Study and Training Partnerships"

and of course:

    "Higher Education Dialogue with the Muslim World"
 program in bipartite or tripartite meetings.
