Executive Research Agreement Signed Between Khazar Oil Company and the Earth Sciences Research Institute On January 5, 2026 (15 Dey 1404), an executive agreement for the research project entitled "Application of Advanced Technologies for Producing Exploration Maps in the Onshore Sector of the South Caspian Basin" was signed and exchanged between the Khazar Oil Company and the Earth Sciences Research Institute. The agreement aims to promote scientific and technical collaboration through the application of advanced technologies to support hydrocarbon exploration and improve the quality and accuracy of exploration mapping in the onshore areas of the South Caspian Basin.
