برنامه بورس دکتری مشترک ترددی «توسعه پایدار و سلامت» فراخوان سال ۲۰۲۳
اهداف : برنامه بورس دکتری مشترک ترددی وزارت اروپا و امور خارجه فرانسه در حوره توسعه پایدار و سلامت با هدف حمایت از پروژه‌های پژوهشی دانشجویان ایرانی مقطع دکتری که رساله خود را همزمان تحت نظر و مدیریت دانشگاه‌ها و لابراتوآرهای فرانسوی و ایرانی در زمینه حفاظت از محیط زیست* و همچنین علوم پزشکی به رشته تحریر در می‌آورند، ایجاد شده است.
اجرا : در چارچوب این برنامه، دانشجو به صورت همزمان در دانشگاهی ایرانی و دانشگاهی فرانسوی ثبت نام می‌شود. طی یک قرارداد دکتری مشترک ترددی، تمامی روند و شرایط اداری مربوطه به اخص ثبت نام در هر سال تحصیلی در هر دو دانشگاه فرانسوی و ایرانی، شهریه ثبت نام، بیمه، حقوق دانشجو و وظایف او، منابع مالی، برنامه‌ریزی تردد و جابجایی میان ایران و فرانسه، شاکله هیات داوران، زبان و مکان دفاع تعریف و معین می‌گردد.
شرایط لازم :
- ملیت ایرانی ؛
- اشتغال به تحصیل در مقطع دکتری در یکی از دانشگاه‌های ایران، موفقیت در آزمون جامع، دفاع از پروپزال پیش از عزیمت به فرانسه ؛
- دریافت موافقت هر دو استاد راهنما ؛
- حداکثر 32 سال سن در هنگام عزیمت به فرانسه ؛
- کسب حداقل 50 درصد نمره امتحان TOEFL, Tolimo, IELTS و وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری و همچنین مهارت زبانی مورد تایید استاد راهنمای فرانسوی ؛
- برای آقایان، دریافت اجازه خروج از کشور از سازمان نظام وظیفه.
امتیازاتی که در طول مدت بورس به دانشجو تعلق می‌گیرند :
- واریز کمک هزینه ماهانه 1588 یورو به مدت 12 ماه (در پاریس یا شهرستان) ؛
- بیمه تامین اجتماعی ؛
- یک بلیت سفر رفت و برگشت ؛
- معافیت از پرداخت شهریه ثبت نام ؛
- روادید رایگان، فقط برای شخص دانشجو ؛
- اقامتگاه دانشجویی که هزینه کرایه به عهده شخص دانشجو خواهد بود.
اگر دانشجوی بورسیه علاقمند باشد خانواده‌اش در طول دوره تحصیل وی را در فرانسه همراهی کنند، اجاره کردن مسکن و تمامی هزینه‌های اسکان و امرار معاش ایشان به عهده خودش خواهد بود.
معیارهای سنجش :
- سطح علمی و اهمیت پروژه و ارتباط آن با موضوع برنامه بورس ؛
- سابقه تحصیلات دانشگاهی و علمی و مراجع فرد ؛
- سطح زبان، بر اساس شروط مرکز میزبان ؛
- کیفیت پرونده داوطلبی.

- CV in English with the list of publications, awards, patents, and previous grants if any
- Letter of acceptance from the Iranian Professor
- Letter of acceptance from the French Host Institution Supervisor
- Acceptance in the French laboratory or preregistration in the French university
- If possible, the university agreement of international joint supervision of the thesis (cotutelle)
