The volcanic rocks that studied in this research project, located in Boine Zahra and Garghabad areas. These areas exposes along the Kusk-e-Nosrat fault, including pyroclastic deposits and volcanic-sedimentary rocks. In the Boine Zahra (Sadeglo), the volcanic lavas are basaltic trachyandesite, basaltic andesite, trachyandesite, trachyte, andesite and rhyolite. In north Garghabad (N Bijgerd), the volcanic rocks have basalt, andesite, trachyandesite, dacite and rhyolite in composition. But in this area, the ignimbrite deposits are more extended. In the spider diagrams and REE patterns, they display enrichment in LREE and LILE in relative to HFSE and depletion of HSFE which indicated arc magmatism. The spider diagrams show enrichment of U, Th and Pb probably related to crustal contamination of the parental magma. In the tectonomagmatic diagrams, basic-intemediate lavas plot in fields of arc and active continental crust.
